We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. It is only handled by the service providers that operate this site on our behalf, such as our hosting, database, and email delivery providers, who process it only to keep the site running.

The public site does not track you or use advertising cookies. We use a single sign-in cookie only for our internal staff area. If we add website analytics in the future, we will update this policy and add a cookie notice.

Keeping your information

We keep trip requests for as long as we need them to assist you and for our normal business records, then remove them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
